Your journey begins with a comprehensive assessment of your current health blueprint, your body structure and function, and important lifestyle habits. Initially we will have you complete a few questionnaires. After you have completed your questionnaires, we'll review them and set-up your assessment session.
We will then design a customized, holistic fitness program to enable you to restore optimal health and vitality. Along with nutritional guidelines and stress reduction techniques, you will receive an easy-to-follow, detailed description and video clips of your exercise program, including key variables such as Rest, Tempo, Intensity, Duration, Repetitions and Sets.
